Play here once a year and always enjoyable. Despite the wet conditions, course was immaculate. Only drawback was the foursome in front who were very slow.
Friendly and fun
From the very friendly and helpful starter to the beautiful settings Liberton was a pleasure to play. Not the biggest course but as a newcomer to the game it suited me perfectly.
Would happily recommend Liberton to any of my golfing friends.
Liberton Golf Club
Brilliant club and amazing pro shop. Staff are all extreamly helpful.
Practice facility before t off was amazing and very helpful as it was my girlfriends first ever round of golf. Offered us trollers for our clubs and made us feel at home.
Highly recommend this course to anyone . Greens are the best I’ve played on all year 10/10 Liberton.
Great condition, not too difficult
Lovely wee course with everything in it's right place.
Course pro is very helpful and let's you know where some of the next tees are, as they aren't immediately obvious.
No par 5s, and plenty of almost reachable par 4 greens for me (mid-long hitter) so can be an ego massager!
Some greenside bunkers are pretty difficult to get out of (for me anyway!) And some greens are flanked on all sides.
Fairways and greens are in great condition, highly recommend this course!
Grrat course
Despite bad weather thoroughly enjoyed playing this interesting scenic course.. Unfortunatrly there was a bit of flooding on the greens. Fairways are pristine.Really liked the layout of the corse with s number of challenging doglegs .Will definitely play again.
Fun and friendly
Both the staff and members made my daughter and I very welcome. So much fun planning to go again tomorrow!

Bryan
Played this course on Sat 27th for the first time, very nice course well presented and in excellent condition.
It's not the longest course around but can still be a tricky little test.
I would recommend this course if you are looking for something local.
Liberton
Course was in immaculate condition.
Not the toughest course in the world but a very enjoyable one.
Superb greens
Lovely course, quite challenging for the mid-high handicapper like myself.
Outstanding greens
Played 30/7 in a fourball.
Pro shop well stocked , pro was very accommodating.
Course was in first class condition. Best greens I have seen in Edinburgh ( I have played every other course)
Will return.
Great wee course
We really enjoyed playing this course, it was in excellent condition.
The Pro and members were really friendly and helpful.
Many of the holes are pretty short but they force you to think about club selection and course management, you don't just hit your driver.
