Ranfurly Old Coursr
Beautiful sunny Sunday, little breeze. No signs where to go when you arrive, it is to the club/bar/restaurant entrance. Members welcoming and helpful. Delightfully challenging course. Remember and look out for bells to ring. On a full course pace of play 3 hours 30. If gent playing for first time have a quick look at 16th green from ladies tee up on the left as you pass by. Really enjoyed my round, might be even more challenging on a windy day.
Tough and Tricky
Course is a real challenge, a lot of blind shots wether it be from the tee or to a green. Plays long aswell when the ground is wet and not much roll on the fairway. Some parts of the fairway were wet, almost all the rough was but the greens were dry and fast. No pro shop. Would definitely play again.
Great course
Fantastic course , testing throughout wether it be long par 4s or blind tee shots, went out at 8 am so clubhouse not open, but friendly memebers assisted to get us underway, friendly green staff gave some course management hints midway also, really enjoyed this course and will be back
