Everyone really friendly
Some great holes
Brilliant!
Course was fantastic, staff couldn't do enough and members we spoke to were really friendly. Would definitely recommend to any one in the area
Excellent - Very professional and very friendly!
Visited Tain on August 12th, great golf course made special by the attention to detail of the Golf Pro Stuart Morrison.
The 19th hole is more than welcoming.
Pay a visit, you won't be disappointed!
This course had a variety of challenges.
Had a wonderful round of golf on Tain.
Can’t wait to play it again in the near future.
Excellent traditional links course which is a real test of skills when the wind blows
We loved this course and it was just what what we we looking for when we decided to come to the highlands to experience links golf. We played late afternoon on a lovely day but the prevailing wind came up which made the back nine quite difficult. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. A special word for the pro who took the time to go through the holes with us and share a few tips on how to play the fast running fairways. The greens were excellent and true even though the course was so dry.
Great layout, great condition
Enjoyed immensely. Will definitely come back. Very friendly pro shop staff.
Layout and scenery.
Fantastic layout, beautiful scenery, particularly around Dornoch firth. Challenging test of golf. Good value for money. Extremely friendly staff, particularly the pro who explained the course in advance to this first timer. Lots of great courses in this area and this one definitely worth a visit.
Great course and hospitality
Right from arrival until we left all the staff from the pro to bar staff and members went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The course itself was in good condition and we had the added bonus of playing on the day of the club championship qualifier with some challenging pin positions.
What a course!!
A true gem of the Highlands. Greens were immaculate. Enjoyed it so much. Truly one of the best courses I've played in Scotland.
Wonderful Tain
Fantastic morning spent on Tain Golf Course, best fun in ages playing golf!
Superb course
Played Tain GC at the end of November, for the time of the year the course was in excellent condition.
There are some wonderful links holes, with lots of gorse and the views around the 11th green across the Dornoch Firth are amazing.
This golf course is a must play if you are this far north a true gem
Good course and friendly staff
Friendly staff and good course. Would definitely recommend to play.
Pro very helpful with tips to help us with the challenges on certain holes.
A hidden gem
This course is well worth a visit
Fantastic condition and very interesting holes
Pro made us very welcome in these difficult COVID times
Will go back and play !
Amazing!!!
You will loose your way on your first round but this course is a class act...a gem
Lovely links course
Very friendly reception at the club and nice homemade lunch before we went out to play. The pro gave excellent advice and marked my card to indicate hole which would have caught me out.
Course was in good condition if surprisingly dry on the fairways. A number of memorable holes and challenging distances especially into the wind.
Fantastic links course
Way underrated. Should be top ten in Scotland! Just a natural beauty. Will come back.
