The Leitfie Links, a nine-hole golf course at the Strathmore Golf Centre, is ideal for the beginner, a warm up before a round on 18-hole Rannaleroch or practice for your short game. The par-27 golf course measures 1,130 yards.
The seven par 3 holes range from 83-212 yard to test golfers' accuracy with short to long irons. The smaller greens also provide a good test, especially the ninth green, with its two levels.
Set in the heart of the Strathmore valley, Strathmore Golf Centre was opened in 1996 by Kathryn Marshall and includes the 18-hole Rannaleroch Course as well as a golf academy.
