It's a new chapter in the history of an old golf club that sits seven miles outside Edinburgh, near the market town Dalkeith and adheres to the Policies of Newbattle Abbey. Though the golf course assumed its present location in 1934, it sits on hallowed grounds that have seen the feet of many a member of the Scottish and U.K. royalty.
