This 5,900-yard par 70 may seem short by today's standards, but Loch Ness Golf Course's New Course is no walk in the park. It will push experienced golfers to shoot handicap, while not pummelling novices. The New Course's second hole will test low-handicappers. It's a 550-yard par 5, so you'll need some serious muscle behind the club to reach the green in two.

The New Course also has generous fairways and top-notch conditioning. The facility includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, pro shop and conference area.
