    Hi,
I have recently played this course again after a gap of 15 years!! The layout is first class, one of the best in the area. Greens were bumpy and poorer condition than I would expect for the time of year. One change that I found alarming was the introduction of riveted bunkers in a parkland course strange concept I thought. I must admit I do prefer links to parkland but I think that riveted bunkers have there place solely on a links course. The staff were first class in the pro shop & clubhouse. Overall a good day out.

Grangemouth golf course is a great test of golf where every club in the bag is used. theres short par fours to very long tough ones where a good hit 3 wood has to be used to hit the green. The best hole has to be the long par three 7th where a shot of over 200 yards over a loch to a raised well bunkered green can unnerve even the lowest of handicappers.

The course is always in a first class condition and the facilities and clubhouse are exceptional.
