Deer Park Golf and Country Club, considered among Central Scotland's top golf courses, offers a 6,727-yard course that has hosted British Open Qualifiers as well as the Scottish PGA Championship. Facilities include range, putting green, pro shop, showers, locker rooms. Deer Park has earned its rep in the Scottish golf world.

Deer Park Golf and Country Club spans natural parkland. It's a relatively new golf course despite its honors. Peter Allis, Dave Thomas and Peter Clark designed it in 1978. It quickly ascended the Scottish ranks, especially when compared to the century-plus-old courses that fill Scotland.

Deer Park Golf and Country Club offers a whole day's activities, with a health-and-fitness center, 10-pin bowling, bars and restaurants - even weddings, if you want to fit one in between rounds.

Fantastic greens

Very impressed by the course. I played a day after very heavy rain and there were no puddles on the course. Lots of bunkers were flooded but I avoided most of them!

Excellent greens and quite true and fast.

Hard off the black tees but more fun off the yellows or whites.

It has a resort feel but very friendly and welcoming.

Deer park Golf and Country Club

I cannot praise this course highly enough. I was given a round of golf here as a voucher for christmas from some friends. i brought a friend with me and paid the extra green fee. the course was in beautiful condition and quite quiet. the whole day was fantastic, from the guys in the pro shop to the course itself. Would come and play here again anytime!.

Very enjoyable round

The course was great fun to play. Some interesting and challenging holes with a little water and good use of hills and trees.

Played during winter - only complaint is that course was very wet underfoot at parts including one temp green. Apart from that great course and would play again.

Unfortunate incident

Course was ok and value for money. Unfortunately our hired car got damaged in car park by another car that drove off without leaving details

We reported it to receptionist who was really unhelpful, uninterested and borderline rude !

Unfortunately This spoiled our day

Dear Will,

Thank you very much for your comment and sorry for the delay in our reply.

We have a lot of golf visitors who come to Deer Park throughout the year and give us great feedback on their experience. We're disappointed to hear this wasn't the case on your last visit.

I am sorry to hear that the service given to you on this day was not to the standards that you and we expect from a venue like Deer Park.

Your feedback has been read carefully and will be discussed with management and other members of the team to see where we can make improvements to our customer service.

We do hope that you will return to us soon, so that we can restore your faith in Deer Park Golf & Country Club.

Kind regards
Craig
