Located near Kippford, Craigieknowes Golf Club is a nine-hole course that is ideal for beginners and juniors due to the fairly short holes. Most of the holes are par-3s that offer a diverse set of challenges, which mean proper club selection is key in getting a good score. Although the gentle layout is great for beginners, the holes offer enough challenge to provide a fair test for more advanced players as well. Craigieknowes Golf Club is also ideal for visitors who are looking for a quick round since the golf course is open to the public despite being privately owned.
