We played on a Monday and found that the Pro Shop and Clubhouse were closed. It was a hot day but luckily we had brought drinks with us. The Course itself was in excellent condition with firm fairways and fast greens. Excellent variety of holes but a couple of the holes are a bit hard to find due to the course layout and this could be easily improved by placing a couple of signs. Overall however thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely play again.

Nice course, excellent greens.

Given the time of year and recent weather the course was in really good condition. Especially the greens, they were in exceptional condition!

The only downside was the pro shop or any facilities weren’t open. Probably due to the current pandemic which I understand. But from a visitors point of view we didn’t have scorecards or any info etc because of this.

Good course

Good course although was a bit wet which is very understandable due to the non-stop rain the last few days. Greens were in mint condition for time of year

Excellent course

Excellent course, a fun layout where the rough isn't overly penal but that doesn't mean its a pushover with well placed trees, bunkers and streams to navigate. Greens were immaculate for this time of year.

Caldwell Bounce Game

This was the first time playing the course. The course is a parkland course with a some challenging holes. It is in excellent condition and the greens are stunning especially for this time of year.

I have seen this course many times without ever playing but after my first outing this is a hidden gem of a course. I will definitely be playing again. Highly recommended

Great course

Great course and layout but painfully slow play stick behind a four ball and never offered the opportunity to play through constantly waiting on the tee

Cracking Course

The course was in really good condition. There has recently been work undertaken on the greens which have been re-sanded. A little residue left over as it was undertaken very recently but the most positive element (unlike other courses I've been to recently) is that the greens were very consistent (even allowing for the sand).

The sunny weather promised never arrived but the course was solid underfoot despite the recent heavy rain and the morning dew that accompanied on the round.

Pace was good, I was caught behind 3 groups of members, a 4 ball, a 3 ball and then another 4 ball. The members were apologetic, but I was on my own so was to be expected. Having said that, I wasn't held up massively as the pace of the groups was decent.

The shop was closed and I didn't take access of the other facilities so cannot comment on them although both looked well setup from the outside.
