Dating back to 1891, when the original inspection of the land was conducted for Braehead Golf Club, the course is a par 70 measuring 6,052 yards. The club prides itself on its friendliness, claiming to be the domain of ordinary working men and women.
The golf course at Braehead is filled with a variety of challenging holes offering wonderful vistas of the surrounding landscape. It's one of the best tests of golf in the area, but remains friend to both seasoned and amateur golfer alike.
