Dating back to 1891, when the original inspection of the land was conducted for Braehead Golf Club, the course is a par 70 measuring 6,053 yards. The club prides itself on its friendliness, claiming to be the domain of ordinary working men and women.

The golf course at Braehead is filled with a variety of challenging holes offering wonderful vistas of the surrounding landscape. It's one of the best tests of golf in the area, but remains friend to both seasoned and amateur golfer alike.

    hi, on a recent visit to Breahead golf club on the 26th of August me and 3 friends had a great golf day out the course was in lovely condition , we were all very impressed, spoke to some members who asked how we enjoyed the course which we did , food was lovely bar staff great, all for 20 pounds a round, a real bargain, guy in the pro shop was on;y down side not a very happy chappy, even if he had said have good day boys, but we all have bad days. all the very best to your club
    in the future.we will be back.

    A good course for all to play with some challenging holes and also accomodating for the high handicapper.
